Worst hotel ever; sexist staff

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. We had booked 8 rooms and had paid the money before check in. They saw that in 1 room, 3 people have checked in and that we'll require extra bed. And they also knew about the number of guests coming in. Yet, they asked extra for the extra bed. Moreover, the way they spoke was extremely uncivilized. On top of that, we had a horrible experience during breakfast. A friend of mine had tea at the buffet area. He then went to the washroom and when he returned to have the rest of his breakfast, he was not allowed to do so! Which hotel does that?! We also saw tea being not allowed in a room for an aged guest. The food also became stale by the time some of our other friends came to the breakfast but they didn't even bring fresh snacks. During check out, we told them about these issues but they refused to accept their mistake. When a female friend argued, the receptionist looked at us guys and told us to keep the females aside. We were shocked by the sexism and slammed him. Finally, the senior person (or maybe the owner) Nadeem stepped it. He understood our point and agreed with us that we don't need to pay for extra bed. Plz avoid this hotel at all costs. If u still want to stay here, don't talk to the uncivilized, rude and sexist reception staff. Deal directly with Nadeem. But the best thing is to not stay here as it'll be a grave mistake. I am sure there are better hotels in Mira Road.

It was fantastic experience for me to stay there. All over experience was really wonderful. Staff was fully professional and well trained. They were friendly in nature. Every thing was perfect. Rate was reasonable too in compare with facilities and service.

I guess it’s a great idea but I cannot is a great night to see the beauty in this place I am sure it will be a great day to visit come see the new house on my birthday next month so I’m not going anywhere I want to see the kids in church and I’ll I meet kanta the afternoon is the day I go get the stuff to go to get it and then it’s going I’ll on send get them to me I guess we’ll I it’s see ohk going on in a bit early I’ll be there bye bye hey bud I hope you’re your having the kids to get go home to get your kids ready to take care of the day gal and bye.
